Our founder
Prophet William Osei

Prophet William Osei was born in Ghana on 11 March 1986. From childhood he carried two ambitions: to be a pastor, and to be a philanthropist. He has spent the last two decades building a life that holds both at once.
He began ministry in 2007. Two years later he opened DAG Foundation as both a chapel and a household, merged from the start so that worship and welfare lived together as one body. DAG Foundation was registered formally in 2016.
Now 41, Prophet William is a father of four, whose children have grown up alongside the foundation and share his passion for the work. He has always said he was born for this calling.
He now lives in the United Kingdom and oversees the foundation from there, through a trusted team in Accra led by acting manager Pastor Amuzu and volunteer teacher Christina Boakye, alongside a circle of partner pastors.
For most of DAG Foundation's history, William has personally underwritten its running costs. This site is the first time the foundation has formally asked the wider world to stand alongside him.
Help carry the work forward
If Prophet William's story moves you, the most direct way to back it is to give — or to introduce us to someone who can.
